I've often said to please place me on ignore if you do not agree with what I have said. There is a purpose for everything, and if my messages, ideas, thoughts did not pertain to you then they were not designed for you. It has not been easy to remain incorrect on certain topics. My scheduled tenure here expires on May 12th. If what I type is not for you, it would probably be best for you to stop reading the posts. Some it helped, others it didn't. Jay thanks for all the genuine posts, they were greatly appreciated. I have been following your posts for a long time. Since this seems to be your farewell tour can you enlighten us on a couple of issues? Was some of the incorrect information pertaining to the time line? You keep on referring to meeting all of us soon. Do you see plans of another shareholders meeting? And last but not least, when will the terminal announce where our bags can be picked up?

Thanks Jay it been interesting, frustrating, and an enjoyable ride. Oh one more thing since you have the 411 on everyone, what is my middle name?

Thanks.
Yes, incorrect information = timelines.
I don't intend on meeting all soon, so please don't take it that way. We intend on visiting a very few shareholders soon, but not on CMKX business. They know who they are. I know of no plans for a company sponsored shareholder meeting at this juncture, but I've no doubt that there will be celebratory gatherings. The bags will be picked up at the luggage carousal when the bus stops.

Yes the "pull" is over on the 15th, late afternoon. The "pull" is for the certs to be requested. If you need another day or two to fax it in, then that is acceptable. The deadline to the brokers and TA is the 15th.

NO ONE OFFICIAL has ever said you only need to REQUEST your CERT to participate the OFFICIAL word is you need to FAX IT IN by the DEADLINE or you will not participate...I would only go by the OFFICIAL WORD if I was a shareholder that does not have certs yet...Flying Moose(raging bull)

Jay, I believe you are incorrect. The TF stated that the TF must receive your confirmation before the deadline:

On Feb. 17, 2006, the Task Force stated, "In order to be considered a bonafide stockholder of CMKM, a physical stock certificate issued in his/her/its name will need to be presented to the Task Force for confirmation on or before the extended date of March 15, 2006 or as further extended in the sole discretion of the Task Force. It is unlikely that this date will be extended again, unless to provide sufficient opportunity for CMKM Stockholders to obtain their certificates from brokerage houses, the DTC, and the Transfer Agent." As a result of numerous communications between the Frizzell Law Firm and the DTC, several brokerage firms, and a number of stockholders who have indicated they have not received their certificates from their brokerage firms, and in light of the proposed notice to stockholders described below, the Task Force is providing until 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on May 15, 2006, for the authentication of certificate ownership. In addition, the additional time will provide all regulatory agencies sufficient time to provide notice to the Task Force as to any irregularity or issue in the proposed method of distribution.
