I will work with you, off the ihub board, I guess. I have more research to share. I would like to examine several associations and agreements that I am not in harmony with.

Rockville Asset Management Ltd., 58,009,259 shares (almost as much as was placed by Hudson Valley Capital Management, wow!) 9.38% owner of this company, more than anyone required to report their holdings, BoD combined. I am simply set at ease having an Interested Party in Guangzhou City, China, anyone else?

Ascendiant, our current $100,000,000 (That's dollars, that's not shares) associates in Irvine who happen to have a FINRA ding of their own. (Surprised, Mr. Riverside Solar who does biz in Irvine quite often? No, I didn't think so.)

The overlaping principles and associates (I think there are 5 overlapping people) of Knowledge Machine International, a fine upstanding dealer of quality chinese cutlery, founded in lovely Odessa, doing business in shareholder friendly Nevada. The issue with Mr. Dave's company attempting to invest in Allotrope. No conflict of interest there, I guess.

I have an open mind -- I am forcing it open. I want to be convinved that my list is just a series of coincidences (and some are, now I am biased and looking for bias support) or arrangements of convenience, like, for example, how both our former accountant and our transfer agent both do business out of the same small building in Salt Lake City. Just convenient right? Now my view is tainted.

...because I am baffled that people of this intelligence and public standing have made the decisions that I see on record. Because I am at total odds between these playaz and on the strictly gut feeling that Cola is a good guy, that the other two BoD members might well be as well.
