Chef, I too say thanks for your efforts and sharing the info. My personal take on all of this is that in the past the business side of things has not been conducted in a manner which I would prefer. That is the past and it has current and future consequences. What can be done now is that we, as shareholders can push more strongly for a more experienced and independent BOD. I am not al all certain how we might go about this in a way that is likely to be effective, nor do I know of anyone I could suggest or nominate to be elected to the BOD. I am open to ideas and suggestions. The only personal action I can, and will take at this time is that I am going to carefully compose an e-mail to Chris Witty expressing my concerns and see where that leads. At a minimum,it will be one more small reminder that the shareholders are the owners of the company and it is about time that the company started to be run in a more professional manner. The science part appears to be down, but this is not a pure science play. If that is what Mark and Vivek were most interested in, they should have stayed at Los Alamos. Because they chose to go out into the business world it is incumbent on them to either conduct the business in a similarly effective manner or find people who can do that for them.

If there is a way for us to organize and speak with a more powerful and unified voice because of a greater number of shares being collectively held, I would certainly be willing to participate. I have some concerns about how this might be accomplished via a board which is under the control of iHub, as well as possible SEC rules, regulations and other such things...but then again, these concerns may be easily put to rest with minimal info and alternative communications.
