Yes some tired retail guys are coming down as well from time to time. I also don't get why the guy doesn't just stay down and tries to sell whatever possible on a given day when there is buying interest, instead he relatively quickly usually goes way up just to come back down the next day at the same price. Makes no sense kinda.
