I dont think that applies to Henc. The deal is for Terra to give up what they would potential earn if they drill. Terra has to drill X amount more wells in order to get there %. I surely thought this news would lift the stock and bring in some decent volume. My guess is that many people do not follow this and the ones that do probably have a lot of shares already. I just hope they hit oil and continue to develop the field. If they hit oil and keep going forward the stock will reflect it ( as long as the oil price remains lucrative for the company )
