Krak, you have me all wrong. I am huge fan of CP, but that does not mean I have to blindly follow and believe everything to be completely accurate. Don't we want to be able to discuss issues, perceive or otherwise, that impacts our PPHM? Since when does rationalize/wise people stop taking making objective evaluations of all aspects of the business were invested in? Most succesful business will tell you they put more focus areas of improvement than the do taking victory laps on things that went well.
