First off, my understanding is that Wells Fargo was guilty of allowing Edwards to cash company checks. For that they settled out of court. If you read the letter from your President, he says they settled because CMKX could not win the case.
Do you know how much it was settled for? As of yet I haven't found a number, however it's pretty obvious where that money will be going.
I am so curious as to how many total dollars were paid in the settlement to make you think you'd be getting anything.
And what NEXT judgement are you envisioning?
What does it take to NOC any sense into you?
