The > good news and the > bad news...

Good first. I imagine that rcha's NDI application will be approved. After all, Biosuccess's was. It's a copycat product, right? Being "packaged" by the same firm (WuXi, pronounced, 'woo shee') that manufactured Biosuccess's product, previously.

Now, the bad news. It appears to me that not only did rcha "steal" Biosuccess's patent (infringement)...they also stole, or borrowed, Biosuccess's product name (and, essentially... > the product)....and plunked that product name right into... > an rcha SEC filing.

I'll let "Super Lawyer" Enoch H. Liang go after the alleged perps in patent litigation...while I, lOl...go after them through SEC lititgation...wish me luck? Thanks...

This is the Law Firm (link below)...and Attorney... >>> Enoch H. Liang, that is litigating Zheng Tao Han's and Biosuccess's lawsuit against rcha...I should say... > "the highly impressive Law Firm"...just a matter of time...this "pos thing" is over, done, kaput, fini, fork it... > in my humble...yet-exquisitely-studied...opinion.

Named as one of Top Litigation Firms by Law School Pedigree (Top 50 in US)
- Above the Law, 2015
Named to NLJ Litigation Boutiques Hot List (one of ten firms nationally)
- National Law Journal Litigation Boutiques Hot List, 2014

The above is all in my opinion and based on what appear to be iron-clad... > facts, lOl...
