What "Susman Appeal for the golden parachute settlement"?

That is what was asked.

The point is that it appears that it is critical to the recovery theories that Susman has been controlling this since the "under seal" and the "secret mediation settlement."

So, how is it that Susman has filed any appeal regarding the golden parachute settlement? Where is the support for such? Just asking.
