just to add to my last post....

My thinking is that as public shareholders we end up owning about 6% of the new entity.

If the current NORD O/S is about 240 million, 15% is public float (36 Million). Nord issues 345 Million shares to NWOG making the total O/S to be 586 Million.

Therefore
Nord Shareholders = 240/586 = 41%
NWOG Shareholders = 345/586 = 59%

Public Shareholders (Us) = 36/586 = 6%

With still such a small float, higher EPS, we should see the PPS go up big time. If the above is true be prepared for another up/down day since the bashers will come out and claim dilution.
