muskett, that's how I was reading it but i could be wrong....Parent company North-West Oil group will have 59% control (majority) over the new Northwest oil Group company. 41% will be owned by the existing NORD shareholders.

And I think we go from owning 15% of Nord (current float) to another percentage of the 41% (probably no longer 15% as they will probably issue more shares to give N-WOG the 59%)
