The number of shares authorized was 100 mill. and has been for some time. They have been using shares to pay for the salary and other expenses. So until they reach 100 mill, the number will continue to increase. The last info I had is that management/insiders still control around 30 - 35 % of the outstanding shares, and if this is still the case then I will stay with them on this. imo
