I too agree that the number of shares outstanding is really high. It would be nice to see PECB buy back some of these shares to bolster the price and maybe get it on another board. But even in buying back the shares that would lower there cash that they would need to qualify for a big board listing, if I am thinking correctly.
Can someone enlighten me?
