Is there anything that can be done about the video ads that blast you when you go to a website? Often times you can't even tell which ad is playing, the volume is way loud and the ad disables the volume button not only on the video ad but also the one for your computer, until the ad is almost through playing.

I know you can contact the website and let them know about it and I have, but it doesn't seem to change anything.
