THIS CAN'T BE TRUE: Here are my concerns. First the Authorized with the Nevada SOS still shows 950 million. The stock has traded almost 1.4 Billion shares over the the last 3 months. The last reported issued and outstanding was 18 million as of August 30/2014. The shares were trading at .03 in September of 2014. Even if they go fully diluted this stock has already traded almost 1.4 billion shares. Either the company has issued more stock than their Nevada SOS says they can authorize or there has to be a large naked short position on this stock. The company has filed nothing since their August 2014 filing. Something stinks!
