And why is this the place to buy? What about a few months ago when we dropped into the 3's? What about last year when we spiked up to 10+. Yeah you are right, this looks like the perfect place. My prediction, low's 5's by the end of Feb. It will be a better price to buy than current. If you like waiting forever it will be a wonderful investment.
