Light manufacturing is permitted.
Parts weighing less than 80 grams meets that criteria, particularly, since we heard the machine operate and it is not noisy.

Ditto for the Milling machine.

Light manufacturing, distribution, and wholesaling activities that do not involve substantial noise or other nuisances, such as obnoxious odors or vibrations. All work must be completed indoors, and all equipment and materials must be screened pursuant to Section 9.04.110

Do not think it is a problem, in this case. Significant increase in production and number of machines, on the other hand, will present other challenges, and most likely, re-location.

How many on this board would like to be faced with that dilemma?

Thought so.

I think the number one concern is paying salaries and then rent, in that order.

I am guessing that either Jack Chitayat or Abdi Mohamedi, directly or indirectly, have a vested interest in the Brook Hollow property in which LQMT is located. Otherwise, why hold on to such a lame COB?
