BIGG members. I just got off the phone with investor relations regarding BIGG Tree Group. The previous contact, Rich Galterio has not been a part of the company for the past two months. However, the contact number 954-363-7333 is still working. I spoke to a very nice woman named Peisha Shen who works for CD International Enterprises. This company is handling the consultation for BIGG. She mentioned the reason there is a delay in the filing of the quarterly report is due to a discrepancy found with an auditor over a sale (Audited financials are a good thing), she also mentioned the issue is being actively resolved.
Her email is [e-mail] and an alternative email is for her colleague [e-mail].
A few things I would like to mention from the brief and informative phone call. I would like some due diligence done on CD International Enterprises, whom she mentioned also does consulting for Sundwind and ChinaLogistics. Second, draft an email that unemotionally requests a positive natured PR due to the absence of communication from management to the shareholder containing: a timeframe for the quarterly and annual report, updates on company developments, etc.
Peisha mentioned that she has received calls about BIGG tree, but needs an email to forward to management. Her company, CD International Enterprises, will release the PR once BiggTree gives it to them. She also mentioned that if we send an email to her, which she'll forward to management, that we should receive a prompt response.
Anyone like to find out more about CD International Enterprises? I'll work on an email that we can approve/adjust as a team. Comment below for recommendations and suggestions. In this case, we'll catch more flies with honey than vinegar so I'm drafting the email to be effective, approachable, and not acidic/angry.
