Not sure that they are working together. Maybe, maybe not.

Phone calls to Mantra are irrelevant as no legitimate information can be revealed that isn't already public knowledge.

Mantra left out mentioning either company's name in the last report. Mantra drops listing Alstom as a partner - at Alstom's request. Alstom publishes working with a Mantra competitor, but never Mantra. Mantra vaguely describes changes in the ERC plans with no end in sight.
