To some respect I agree with what your saying, as far as the stock being oversold. I would fully agree its oversold and the R/S may not be necessary to attract investors but increasing the AS and dilution unfortunatley has become a necessity. It will happen. I mean no sh*t the majority of the shareholders (aka board members) voted in favor of increasing the AS cause they will just receive more shares as compensation. They also need additional authorized shares to keep 'operations' running considering they have no means of generating revenue currently and won't be generating revenue for at least 10 months IMO.

If they didn't announce R/S and increasing the AS, this stock would be a screaming buy. Hence why I purchased more at .012; however, after the PRE 14C was filed on January 13th this stock will not be a buy until after dilution. It's a pretty simple concept... there's a pie....do I need to keep going?
