I think most people looking at the company think they will, but the stock is trading about 50% higher now than it was before the PRE 14C was filed on January 13th.

Yes, Medican has its problems. The question, however, is with the share price having declined so much so fast, over the last few months - and with the recent positive news - is the stock now oversold?

A lot of people apparently think that it is.
