Totally agree. These are telling words.
Just what they are telling is not certain:

1) Redundancy of machines is necessary for both a back-up during downtime, to enable simultaneous production of more than one product.

2) Also, two or three unnecessary executives may have been fired to pay for the machine

3) New dilution will be necessary to pay for the machine in advance of demand.

Someone asked about delivery time. It might not be as long as expected. The prime mover, itself, the E100, is probably a stock item due to its usage in plastics injection molding. The time, IMHO, will be in gathering and assembling the other necessary components: the power capacitation, the vacuum induction heater, the robotics, etc. Shipping should be about 10 to 15 days plus customs, inhand freight and handling, etc. so 90 to 120 days, is my guess.

I am hoping the latest rendition will have increased robotics and artificial intelligence to replace that of management pilled higher and deeper on Hauck's back. I agree that Hauck is running the Company now, de facto, and as Danny stated, the dead wood should try to stay out of his way.

Hopefully, Steipp will be parachuted out in August, when his five years is up.
