What the hell do you need to buy IDCC?????


You have what we believe is a upcoming win at the ITC, and

upcoming arbitrations awards we believe. What the hell do you

think Nokia's chances will be in any court if they lose at the

ITC? If Nokia/Microsoft want to make and sell phones I think

a settlement is in order. If they settle move over for the

rest to settle.


I think the Chinese will come to a agreement as well. This stock

is about to fly. Get all you can while you can at these prices

as I don't think they will be this cheap come the end of the

month.


We have never been better positioned and with each award

comes a pretty good chunk of change and most likely a increase

in on going revenues. Reduction of shares probably a increase

in dividends most likely on the horizon.
