's anyone guess, however considering the stock first came out at 10 cents a share and basically anyone who bought the stock was damaged by illegal naked shorting for ten cents or less, it would seem to me that you must get at least 10 cents a share just in a settlement to make everyone whole.

Now that's just ridiculous.

Note that the guy quotes the now MIA jay_adobe. Maybe he IS jay_adobe?
