I'm glad the DOJ put the criminals in jail, but restitution seems far away. The DOJ case has been back in court since Aug 2013. The SEC case since Aug 2014.


The three criminals have appealed the amount of the restitution. Funny thing since two of them filed financial disclosure statements claiming to be broke. Why would they care if the claims were $5 million or $20 million?

The SEC submitted their Restitution plan to a judge for his approval. Why would he need 6 months, and counting, to approve something the SEC worked 2 years to prepare?

Obama talked about America's health care system being broken. So is America's bureaucracies and court system.
