That filing I think was just to set up a class of stocks. Not totally sure. But that is something that could turn things around- getting $3mil in cash on good terms would be awesome. Having the patent approved would be another PPS driver. I'm sure there are other positive things that could happen that would get the PPS moving up big time- debt restructuring comes to mind.
