You are misinformed about WOM. It is not "one of the 3 biggest MARIJUANA companies in CANADA" and IJJP does not have a "partnership" with WOM. Neither WOM nor MPT are license to grow or sell MMJ. Both are relatively new entities which together need $4.25 million in funding to build farm operations that may or may not ever obtain licenses and produce income for the consortium participants.

Attorney Ronald S Goulding put together a private placement with several individuals and entities which involved agreement to finance currently non-existing medical marijuana farming operations for World of Marihuana (WOM) and Michigan Plant Technologies (MPT), neither of which has a license to grow or sell MMJ. The public companies are issuing millions of dollars in free-trading stock to buy the "potential" income that will likely never exist.

As part of selling the private placement units, fictional revenue figures were created to illustrate how revenue would be distributed to the investors who would be responsible to pay for construction of the farming operations. If WOM and MPT are not successful in achieving licenses to grow and sell MMJ, there will be no income for any of the participants.

Between MPT and WOM, the fictional income projections for MPT are exponentially larger as can be seen in the following chart taken from page two of the Disclosure Memorandum for the private placement:
