$MEIP also closed above 10 dma yesterday.
The resistance noted at 3.99-4.01 area is also the 20 dma (which I see you pointed out)
A close above that today would really confirm a move for next week.
Doubtful it will happen in this market, but not impossible. Just a matter of "when" I think!
