Why can't we discuss TDCP's funding chances??

I think most would agree that TDCP's chance to survive as a viable company will be determined (hopefully this year) based on whether or not they get one or more of their proposals funded. If this is true, then why doesn't this topic dominate the discussion board? My answer. Probably because we just don't have enough information to realistically judge whether their proposals are good enough or not to MERIT funding.

I suppose one could say that based on the fact that TDCP did win an OCAST grant, means that for at least this agency their proposal DID merit a funding award. But what progress have they made since that award was made? Hopefully they have made progress and can show in their new proposals how much closer they are to achieving some significant milestones. This is the only way (besides some behind the scenes "clout") that they will be successful with one of their new proposals.
