wouldn't manufacturing of the components be considered part of the manufacturing phase.... and then assembly and packaging completing the loop for distribution. Wonder if building the components is figured in the 12 weeks. I know the company has basically said that it's not but I can't imagine it takes 8-12 weeks to assemble and package 5000 units when it would appear that the most difficult operation is already complete.

any thoughts??
