well said Cat - as a business person you know that deals can unravel - it is part of business

the key thing is to keep on going and work harder to make future deals work (no pun intended by using the word Future)

after reading this lease and seeing what it consists of

I really like the way it is set up

it is very favorable for the tenant to start out with a good foundation

there are many positives that I tried to outline in all the previous posts

looking forward to see how the progress is being made

obviously there are many steps to achieve the license

but I am willing to take that risk and be a shareholder
