I hope you are wrong but I have to say it does sound a little strange. Hoping for a "significant" reduction=a BIG reduction. If not, it makes you wonder why?? Maybe they have some good technology and they want to keep as many shares as possible?? I think a small reduction will turn off float holders though and ding the trust in EPGL..IMO
