Interesting choice of eords, what a joke, it seems they are already trying to do damage controll for when they come out with a very small reduction if they come out with one at all, they will say "we tried to have a significant reduction but...... we will continue over time to reduce more shares as we think it will be mutually beneficial to our company and all our share holders, stay tuned in the coming weeks for more further announcements, interesting things are in the works and we will have an update on an agreement with toyota or apple " interpertation - or any name who might keep hope alive although we don't plan on ever really producing anything
