Wrong, the ENTIRE Absolute Priority rule had been thrown out the window in this case

That only applied to the P's, K's & U's not the different classes above them.

The Absolute Priority Rule was an agreement that the Equity Committee agreed needed to get all to agree to the settlement.

P's & K's would not get capped while the U's would get paid at the same time P's & K's did, not the same as saying PIERS would get passed over and a lower class would start getting money.

PIERS had to wait until ALL OF THE CLASSES ABOVE THEM WERE PAID IN FULL before PIERS were put at the head of the payout structure.

Stating that PIERS will be passed over is TOTALLY UNTRUE, nothing can be sent to any lower class until PIERS are paid in full.

You can wish it all you want but it will not happen.
