This has something to do with paying off the folks in between Piers and Equity.

BK rules do not allow for any payment to a lower class until the higher classes are completely paid in FULL. THAT'S A FACT

You can love your Escrow shares all you want but you have not seen a single penny yet and my PIERS have paid me back 5X what I paid to get them, with another 3X still to be paid before your worthless Escrows.(mine as well)
