Let's look at the company. Clearly a failure at best, scam at worst. Tons of shared dumped into the market to keep it alive. No business. Vague "news" about unknown "partners","sales", etc. of machines which weren't able to be operated successfully by the designers.

Now you want me to believe that some "deep pockets" are "forcing it down" because they want to buy for 6 cents/share instead of 8.

Nah.

Competing is intense among humans, and within a group, selfish individuals always win. But in contests between groups, groups of altruists always beat groups of selfish individuals.
