CLB—I'd look for info regarding relative shares of N Sea, NAm, and deepwater anywhere vs Middle East. Judging by what I see in the job market, the former are losing humans while recruiters are looking for humans to go to the latter.

That’s consistent with CLB’s PR:

… Core anticipates that North American land rig counts will continue to fall sharply into the second quarter of 2015, while deepwater GOM activities continue at, or near, fourth quarter 2014 levels. International activity levels will decrease slightly, with the Middle East region continuing at a relatively higher level of activity.
