CLB—I wonder what revenue and EPS investors were expecting in 1Q15 before reading today’s PR? I would’ve thought a 12% YoY decline in revenue and a 20% YoY decline in EPS (as per 1Q15 guidance) were already baked into the share price, which was already down by half from its Apr 2014 high (before the after-hours sell-off).
