If they had huge revenues completed and cash in the bank I bet they would say it. It seems obvious that hasn't happened yet but things are looking good and hopefully the China deal becomes realized soon in terms of dollars.

There's no point in doing a PR just to do a PR, unless its substantial news like they did with the China deal. They are on Savi time and everything takes longer on their watch. So what can we do but sell, buy or hold.
