Instruct:

Something I was told by the clerk in Houston yesterday has really stuck with me. She was in the criminal division and explained that "people" convict crimes, not companies. Which, I know, is very obvious, however, as I was thinking through different scenarios today, it was a comforting thought.

Branhuber has only been with erhc since January so it's very unlikely they are investigating him. And, even though, Jane isn't always the most professional, probably not her. Then that leaves Offor but, from everything I've read, I don't think he would be stupid enough to leave a papertrail of questionable activities in the US.

Then that leaves past employees or associates. Again, I don't really understand all of the complexities of some of the earlier relationships. However, if any of these people are being investigated, they are former employees being investigated for THEIR acts.

Even though they may have acted on behalf of erhc, I'm not sure how the company would be impacted.

Does this logic follow? Thanks.
