Mide is 100 percent correct. Multi-class actions will get lumped into one suit.

IMO, The lawyers who jump in after-the-fact are chasing dollars and do not care one iota for the truth. If for any reason this settles, they make money.

It's not quite ambulance chasing, but it is! Think about that.

Oh, and the "shocking" report by a fool is of entertainment value only until he crossed the line and called, and I paraphrase here, 'All of GTE's business ventures - a "sham" '
