When I read stuff like this it makes me more confident that shareholders will be made whole. I might be totally off base, but if these guys don't do the right thing for retail and institutional investors they are going to be getting sued until the end of all time.

If there is any way to make it work out for everyone involved they will.

Risky gamble we are holding here. Gotta jump without a net sometimes and see where you land. GTATQ.
