So can you post (or PM me) his other companies as I'd like to do some research on them? TIA.

But I do have to say that it's pretty clear that the pps of penny stocks rise on news (PRs) and deflate on silence. Having said that, this is no longer just about Bill. So what will Parker Industries do?

Frankly, I hope they are planning for some steady, positive PRs and not just one (no matter how great the PR) and then silence for months. If the latter is the case, then, the best strategy for shareholders would be to take (some) profits after each pps spike as the pps will deflate fairly soon thereafter. Just like the last time.
