No large shareholders are selling now , the company is not selling now , and were on the edge of history , no small share holder is selling as they got in at higher pps , which leaves one option , someone is naked shorting pyct to this day.The DTC holds all trading records , the DTC is a self regulating PRIVATE corporation thats owned by the same investors of the non federal reserve (look it up , do not rely on my blog)
The product samples may be sent out to all shareholders next month (September) , play around with your own numbers , lets say 3000 shareholders out of a combined 10,000 shareholder from PYCT and CES buy another 1000 dollars of pyct on average that's 3 million dollars alone from a fraction of existing shareholders.Now add in the new buyers attracted by the above action.Now add in the mms competing to buy back over 40 billion plus counterfeit shares (which must be retired)
In summary , the company has reduced the AS and OS shares count , not sold one share to date, nor run up the pps ,however they have conducted a 3rd party share audit .No one from the company has taken a payday via shares , yet well over a million dollars (my estimate) has been poured into this venture .That in itself is history and I ask anyone reading to show me one company that has done this ."
Lawson Pillay was brought in to clean up the share structure and get a handle on who owns the large blocks of paper , he told me this was 3 year deal ...its been almost exactly 3 years since he showed up.
My estimation is Lawson will step down and be replaced by someone with leadership skills to better communicate with the public.
I am not a fan of Lawson Pillay , but I do like the statement he gave after I pressed him on the naked short issue , he said : THE NUMBERS SIMPLY DO NOT ADD UP.
