Maybe this is going to be over your head but it really is rather simple. As we know temperature will cause the PSI to go up or down. So when they re-inflated those balls their temperature was already low and they only had to put in about 15% air. So the air temperature was not that different from the outside as it was only halftime and they were not inside that long.
