Rebuttal to herigo, who, out of no-where posts his (8) points or reasons not to defend BIEL. They state: "Useing a nano degree of logic how is it possible to defend this
stock in the face of so many red flags. Where does one begin?
Perhaps enumerateing a few is best. My responses are in bold
1) Many "good" products have failed due to lack of public intrest/
acceptance. Biel approved in many countries with little acceptance. Biel is still for the most part UNKNOWN in the world because for a MICRO cap stock the world is still a big place!
2)All longs dateing from 2009,many of which were knowledgeable concerning biotech & FDA are gone. A couple do occasionally post. I have been trading in and out of BIEL since 2009. I made thousands of dollars during the last pop when the FDA announced a newly proposed category of which BIEL products would be included in. I have since purchased more shares and am waiting for another pop upon the new FDA category creation (again- that was announced by the FDA that they were to create one), which is long overdue.
3) Where does the money generated by continual dilution go? Does it go to advertiseing to make the public aware? No I totally agree that any dilution should notvgo to just keep the lights on, but to get the word out. I DO believe a great alternative to outright advertising to the public is to have very lucrative companies like B.Braun work with health professionals and gaining their confidence - one patient at a time if necessary.
4) What has been accomplished by the slew of fluff PR's other than to mislead buyers. Buying Pink Sheets is not investing. Correct. This is a huge risk stock. That's why the "investing" community has a phrase such as "Risk vs. Reward" and I prefer when dealing with penny stocks to use the word "Trading" instead of "Investing."
5)To whom's advantage is it to paint and distort price and price chart at end of day everyday? The diluters. No comment
6) The unexpected FDA announcement last year was a gift from heaven. It serves as a juicy carrot for prospective buyers and
an indispensible aid to facilitate dilution. Perhaps it does, the company must survive although many of us disagree with dilution as dilution weakens our position and the company as long as it continues
7) Is there support from "smart money"? None that I'm aware The smart money is waiting for BIEL to jump through certain hoops before they totally jump in, but once again B.Braun has at least on one level has shown interest; this technology is not well know and it us still a bit early, but the tide is changing.
8) Does selling by CEO & family indicate their confidence? No No Comment on this but I would like to say that I expected more from the pet market sales in the U.S. (which the family supported), than we have heard about

With the above being said I would love to see price go to 5 or 8
cents. If such a miricle is to happen it will happen not because of Andy but rather in spite of. All is JMHO
Well, I used to think the same way, but Andy did hire the Dr.s that work for BIEL and if they succede, then AW can take some credit at least.
