Hi Afford,

Oppenheimer Q&A portion:

Moderator: I'm wondering if a, anybody has any questions?

Conference attendee #1: Linda, on the 55 patient, that information arm, are you going to release any more data? And in particular, the breakdown between Rapid Progressors and Pseudo Progressors (psPD)?

Linda Powers: Umm, we haven't determined that yet. We may submit.  Umm, we, we... If we do that, we'll do it in the form of submitting an abstract for a scientific conference, that type of thing.

Oppenheimer conference was in early December. She used the words "if". My guess is at the time she answered the question the company wanted to the results to age further. If the results age well, then we could see it in an abstract. As a reminder, they gave us the bit of good news on the 55 CUA (assuming true progressors), at the same time they told us they were ammending the Ph III trial. I honestly think they would have preferred to age the data and not reveal it until the results were undisputable; but essentially gave shareholders this 55 CUA detail to say, "hang in there", to which many of us did. However, this company continues to be in the position that the trial endpoints are far away, and the only way they can truly support the stock price, is to keep giving us news the moment they have it, as that is all they have to share. Providing info in piece meal style, unfortunately has pro and con consequences, as many regard it positive, while others regards it suspect. Until we see the breakdown of the data, it's anyone's guess as to the true mix. BUT, given all the evidence to date on DC therapy, accross all of NWBIO's various clinical studies (plus other studies out there), I suspect that DC therapy has at the very least extended those patients survival. By how much, I do not know; but I'm hopefully that it's been at least 4 months.
