Le2dynasty sees the run brewing here, just waiting on the MM's to reset their cycle and stop walking it down. And here's why IMO:
SO looks like Talbot, who according to some here, has no background and no experience in mining, was actually on the board at another publicly traded mining company when it was bought out by a larger privately held mining company. Sounds like a good reservoir of experience to draw from given the undervalued nature of this play. And being on the boards of multiple other legitimate mining operations CERTAINLY lends credence to the reality of this one. These types of organizations would never appoint or approve a charlatan to be part of representing their organizations IMO:

July 17, 2013 – Montreal, Québec - Freyja Resources Inc. (TSXV: FRA) ("Freyja" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has received the conditional approval of the TSX Venture Exchange to the proposed offer (the "Offer") to acquire, by way of a take-over bid, all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Cyprium Mining Corporation ("Cyprium") subject to fulfillment of ordinary conditions for transactions of this nature.
In addition, Freyja has entered into an amending agreement (the "Amending Agreement") with Cyprium pursuant to which Freyja and Cyprium have agreed to amend the pre-acquisition agreement (the "Pre-Acquisition Agreement") dated June 14, 2013 which was entered into between Freyja and Cyprium.
