At this point it is all speculation. All pundits and analysts seem to agree that they must do it to stay profitable. I believe they are resisting at all costs. I think RIG has deep pockets and is hoping for a turn in oil prices sooner than later before taking such drastic actions. I think we are ok for the next div. announced in a few weeks time, but the qrtr. after, who knows. My opinion is they will have 3 mo. to make up their minds and make a decision based on conditions.
