Talking about the Apple case....wonder what the delay is with setting the trial date. Is apple delaying again? Second, did anyone else find it interesting that the only defendant in this is apple alone whereas everyone else has multiple defendants? I wonder if we're so confident we're going to win that we went after apple alone so that when we win everyone else ie google, microsoft, dominoes pizza, will fall in line fast after watching apple settle or get defeated. Or I'm just dreaming....
